A program-level offer, open to any verified clinician. Not an individual arrangement, and there is nothing to sign.
What the program includes
- Free professional access. Verify once with your NPI and your own Rejoin+ is comped, so you can explore everything you would recommend before you recommend it.
- Free Rejoin+ for patients you refer. Share a code and each patient starts a Rejoin+ trial. If it ever ends, everything they rely on in order to speak stays free.
- A caseload view that respects consent. Status, usage and check-in trends, only for patients who opt in, and only as numbers. Never their words.
- Guides ready to hand out. One-page, printable setup and support guides you can give to families.
Where Rejoin fits in a care pathway
Rejoin runs on an iPhone or iPad the person very likely already owns, so it tends to be useful in the gaps: early after diagnosis, while an SGD assessment or funding decision is pending, or as a portable second option alongside a funded device.
It is text-based AAC. It is not an eye-gaze speech-generating device, it is not symbol-based, and it does not replace a formal AAC assessment. Where another product fits a patient better, we would genuinely rather you said so, and our comparison page names the alternatives with sources, including the free ones.
What we will not do
Because it matters to how you can use this:
- Nothing is spoken without the patient's tap. Suggestions are suggestions. That rule has no exceptions.
- No clinician ever sees message content. Not transcripts, not what was said. The caseload view is counts and trends only, and only with consent.
- Audio is never stored. Speech is transcribed on the device and discarded.
- We make no clinical claims. Rejoin is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or monitor anything.
The honest limitations
- The AI layer that listens and drafts replies runs server-side and needs a connection. Typing, the phrase board, routines, history and Display mode work fully offline.
- Apple Personal Voice is English (US), Mandarin and Spanish (Mexico) only. There is no German Personal Voice. On other languages Rejoin uses high-quality system voices, which are not the patient's own voice.
- iPhone and iPad only, iOS 17 or later. There is no Android version.
- Access has been tested with AssistiveTouch Dwell on a Tobii iPad. We would not claim it is proven across every switch or gaze configuration, and we want to hear when it is not.
